Founded by Mr. Anwar Usman Koradia a small company, initially as a Disaster Management Company.
They are now big time Building Contractors with a name. : " Koradia Developers".
Having a vision as an Honest and to-the-word businessmen, they have achieved what their Father had envisioned.
This Company is headed by two young and dynamic, Mr Sadiq and Mr. Ahmed Koradia who themselves are qualified and have inherited the expertise and leadership qualities from thier ancestors who pioneered growth in this industry by inoculating their vast experience in this field since the year 1980.
The Company has scaled new heights by acquiring several properties and developing them independently and has carved a niche for the quality of construction and the modern amenities provided therein. Each of the properties constructed have excellent elevation features and special care is taken to ensure that the customers get the maximum coverage in terms of area available for usage.
It is not only the flats but the general lay-out of the Building and its surrounding areas all visualized and implemented by taking the expertise of well known people in the industry, who, help in making each of the projects one of its kind in the area and setting a trend for others to emulate.
